The conception of A Letter from God was born many years ago when Veda Rallins asked God to show her how to teach her children about Him. Then, one day while reading the Scriptures she came across the verses of Scripture written in Deuteronomy 6. From the Scriptures, she learned that it was a constantly rubbing in of God's Word that would bring a person to the point of knowing Him. At this point, she realized that there were no magic pills, no special anointing but a Whetting (rubbing in by repetition) of God's Word. The children of Israel did not have a physical Bible to read like today. Instead, someone repeatedly told the story until it was known, then the next person would do the same. Veda realized that it would be this type of diligence that would cause her children to know God and not to forget Him. From that point, Veda would post Scriptures throughout her house (walls, refrigerators, computer screens, etc...) While looking at blue skies, running rivers, and green trees, she would take every opportunity to remind her children of God goodness.
Deuteronomy 6:7-9 KJV
And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.
Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
